Membership Renewal/Cancelation

Bunny Buddies tracks memberships and would be very glad to have updated information.  We seldom (if ever) send out mass mailings, and we use your donations to support needy rabbits.  You can update, renew or cancel your membership using the forms below.

  • To Cancel Your Membership.  Fill out the form below, and select Cancel Membership in the first dropdown box.

  • To Renew Your Annual Membership Dues or Pay for a New Membership.
    To renew or create a membership, we are now using to process donations and memberships.

    You will be asked to fill in details about yourself so that we have records of your membership. We offer the following membership types:
    • Single Membership.  Covers a single member for one year.
    • Family Membership.  Covers multiple members for one year.
  • To Update Your Contact Information.  Simply fill out the form below and select Update Membership Information in the first dropdown box.
Select the type of action you want to perform.
Enter your name. If updating, enter the name that you gave us last time you renewed.
Type any phone numbers that you wish us to have on record. Indicate if they are mobile, home, or work related numbers.
